At ILMO STORE, every order is packed with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Windows

United States: 15 days from the day your package is delivered.
International (Canada & Europe): 30 days from the day your package is delivered.

The window starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking, not the order date.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund packages that don't reach us.
Original shipping fees and any customs or duty charges are non-refundable.
No restocking fees.
Exchanges are available for US orders. For international orders, please return the item and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@ilmocore.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back before your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
